Support available

Inductions

You can book an appointment for an individual Library induction with a member of Library staff to help familiarise you with services and resources available to help you with your studies.

 

Help using resources

Any member of staff can assist with retrieval of library material, borrowing and returning items. Please ask library staff if you need any further or ongoing assistance.

 

Photocopying and printing

Please ask Library staff for assistance if you need help with photocopying and printing using the University's MyPrint service.

 

Extended loans

In some circumstances we can arrange to extend the loan period for some books.Please ask at the Library iZone at Middlesbrough campus or the Library desk on Floor 1 at Darlington campus.

Disability Services is based in the Student Centre. Staff can offer information and advice on entitlements, facilities, specialist equipment, access and exam provision and can negotiate arrangements with other agencies or parts of the University.
