Introduction

This seminar will cover:    student studying

  • learning how to be mindful of what you're thinking, sensing and doing and deciding where you choose to focus your attention
  • being able to voluntarily bring back your wandering attention to what you are choosing to focus on at a particular moment
  • practicing not being distracted by the multitude of thoughts, feelings and judgements that seem to beset all of us at every turn
  • discovering how to be more focused, resilient and able to deal with life's daily pressures, both at University and at home.
