Do you get confused with referencing?
This session will help you with the basics of referencing using the OSCOLA system.
The session will cover:

  • why we need to reference
  • how to reference cases, legislation, books and journal articles in the OSCOLA style

 This session is for Law students or anyone needing to use the Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA)
