As we enter another period of lockdown due to Covid-19 and university workloads are increasing, many students are starting to feel overwhelmed, stressed and generally finding it difficult to support their mental wellbeing. This is a completely normal and understandable response to challenging situations, and while there are a lot of things that we do not have control over at the moment it’s important that everyone is aware of how we can look after our mental health and wellbeing and know how and when to reach out for support if we need it. During a 2-hour interactive workshop we will help students to have a better understanding about what is mental health and what they can do to maintain mental health and wellbeing. Students will have the opportunity to as any questions that they may have about mental health and wellbeing, and following the session students will be given access to a student resource hub with additional support and information about mental health and wellbeing. The sessions are delivered via Zoom and pre-booking is essential.
