#TeamTeesside is once again taking up The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) challenge.
The theme for the BRIT 24 challenge is Acts of Kindness.
We are running a series of events for all staff and students to participate in, from Wednesday 14 February 2024 through to Sunday 24 March 2024.
The theme for this year is 24 Acts of Kindness and we have a Calendar with 24 Acts of Kindness that anyone can do throughout the month. We are also hosting events that will allow you to show acts of kindness to yourself, others and the environment so please come join us and take some time to do some act of kindness.

Talk with friends Location: The Lounge, 1st Floor, SLB, Middlesbrough Campus Time: 14.00 – 16.00
Join us for some tea or coffee and use the time to come and have a good catch up with your friends (or meet some new ones).

University Mental Health Day We are encouraging all students and staff to take 24 minutes out of their day to take part in a wellbeing activity. Some ideas include: take a walk, take a break, go for a coffee, call a friend, walk to see a colleague in a different office, meditate, try mindful movement in the library, read for pleasure, learn something new. |
