Look after yourself

Eating and Drinking: try to eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and eat slow-release energy foods like nuts fruit and veg and whole grains.

Sleeping: Memories are backed up when we sleep so try and get 6 to 8 hours sleep a night - relax before going to bed so you can switch off and get to sleep.

Exercise:  exercise will improve your general health and also your attention and  cognitive functioning which will help in your revision.

Avoid things that are bad for you: coffee and other stimulants, alcohol and non-prescribed drugs - these may make you feel better in the short term but will impair your concentration and sleep.
