Urgent help and support for mental health
As a Teesside University student based at a TUCP partner college, you may use the facilities of Teesside University Library at Middlesbrough campus as a backup to the services available from your college library or LRC.

You may be able to join the Library free of charge through the SCONUL Access Scheme if your home institution participates. Please check the website for further information & an application form via the SCONUL Access Scheme link below.
Please note that we do not permit access to our electronic resources through the SCONUL Access Scheme due to licensing restrictions and access to the Library is during staffed opening hours only. Further details are shown below.
Teesside University is a member of the SCONUL Access scheme which is a co-operative venture between most HE libraries in the UK allowing the following to visit and borrow materials from participating libraries in addition to their home libraries:
Full time undergraduates can have access to some libraries for reference purposes. Not all universities are in the Scheme and the agreement does not always extend to the use of electronic resources or access to general IT. A list of participating institutions their available services and a link to registering online can be found via the link below.
If you are from an institution that is participating in the Eduroam service, you may be able to use your laptop in the Library to connect to the internet via the wifi. Please check the IT Help Centre site for more information.
Study Group students based in Teesside University International Study Centre (TUISC) can enter Teesside University’s library at Middlesbrough Campus.
Students can borrow print books, the Library catalogue can be searched from the Library’s home page https://www.tees.ac.uk/library please check our opening hours for details of staffed and self service hours. Access to electronic resources is not permitted for Study Group students due to licensing restrictions.
