Getting your TUSC

Human Resources carry out an induction for all new University staff. Your image is captured as part of your induction and your Teesside University smart card (TUSC) is printed by ITDS.

Your TUSC allows you to:

• Borrow books - using our self-service machines
• Access to University buildings and the Library during self service hours
• To use the MyPrint/photocopying system in the Library and around campus
• To make cashless payments at catering outlets throughout campus
• Use as a form of Identification

Access to your Library account is via your University login credntials.

MyTUSC

The MyTUSC services page enables you to select TUSC related actions such as cancel or replace a lost TUSC, add funds to Cashless catering or MyPrint, see the link below.

Please Note: you should have set your security details and PIN at MyLogin before performing any actions.

IT account

This will be created by your school. Please direct any queries to your school IT helpdesk.

Your IT account enables you to login to PCs on the University campus and also to access electronic resources available through the Library both on and off campus.
