PASS Leaders are volunteers. They are students from a higher year who have taken and passed, or are expected to pass, that module or group of modules (or their equivalent if there has been a review). Each scheme has an Academic Co-ordinator who leads or teaches on that module or modules.
PASS leaders receive four half-days training to prepare them for their roles. The training emphasises group facilitation techniques and is delivered by accredited PASS Supervisors, who have received full supervisor training from the European PASS/SI Centre.
