What PASS Leaders have gained from their experience:
- This improved my skills and confidence in speaking in front of a large group of students.
- I believe that I've helped not only the students but also myself to build a better understanding of the subject.
- This training has allowed me to develop skills and grow in confidence in speaking in front of others, practise active listening skills and learn techniques to motivate others to attend PASS sessions. It was a great experience and the people I met in the sessions were encouraging, accepted and encouraged me to participate in the training fully.
- We have to be creative and innovate an activity on spot depending on what the students like to cover. This, therefore, has enhanced my adaptability as well as interpersonal confidence.
