Mental health nursing student, Lucy Wells, kindly produced the Christmas Comfort colouring book to use as a free resource over Christmas.
Lucy says, ‘It's understood that Christmas festivities can be difficult for some people, and it is recorded in research and in my own beliefs that, mindfulness activities reduce levels of stress and anxiety.’ We agree with Lucy. Colouring in can be a wonderful Mindfulness activity. The resource is easy to download and print off, so you can use it yourself and share the content with friends and family.
