Your Business Subject Guide provides academic help and support for all Teesside University International Business School students and academic staff. It includes
Research involves collecting information sources and data. Research methods are the tools which you use to carry out this research. They help you find, analyse and interpret the information.
As you conduct your searches, you might find quantitative, qualitative or mixed methods research. You might conduct primary or secondary research as part of your studies.

Study Skills Drop-ins - Calling in to a Study Skills Drop-in is the quickest and easiest way to find the answers to your questions, ask for advice or just seek reassurance that you are approaching your reading and writing in the best way. These informal, friendly sessions take place five times a week with two drop-ins in the Library (Middlesbrough Campus) and three sessions online via Teams. There is no need to book or let us know you are coming – just pop-in. |
