There are a variety of ways you can get help and support.

 

Library Welcome Desk

Get help on general Library, IT and account enquiries from the Welcome Desk located on the ground floor of the Library

Library roving support

Staff are available to give help with general Library and IT enquiries during staffed Library opening hours.

 

Learning Hub

Specialist staff are available to help with researching and writing assignments via the Learning Hub

Too noisy?

If someone is disturbing your study by chatting or making a noise, you can let us know in the following ways:

  • inform a member of staff

  • email libraryhelp@tees.ac.uk - monitored Monday- Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Give brief details of the problem stating which floor you are on and your location on the floor.

 

Floor 3

When working on Floor 3 please ensure laptops, phones etc are switched to mute and move to another floor before answering calls. Please remember Floor 3 is for silent study.
