Loans are delivered to the Middlesbrough Campus Library for you to collect.
Remember inter library loans must be collected and returned to the Library Welcome Desk during staffed hours

Some loans are only available for use in the Library, you can use these items for the duration of the loan period at Middlesbrough Campus Library, but they may not be removed from the building. This is a condition placed on them by the lending library and cannot be overridden.
We may not know that your item is for library use only until it arrives, but we will advise you by email if it is.
You will receive an email when your electronically supplied article or book chapter is available. The email will contain two links. If you are accessing your email on campus through the University's internet or wifi connection you can select the first link to directly access your request. If you are off campus you should select the second link. This will take you to the My Account section of Discovery. Select My Requests to access your inter library loan request. You can download the file up to two times.
Depending on the supplier, electronically supplied resources may sometimes be delivered by email directly from the British Library, they will use your Teesside University address.
