Reserve and Collect service

As a result of national lockdown measures the Reserve and Collect service is currently unavailable. 

What is my PIN?

You need a PIN to borrow items from the library, to renew and reserve items online via My Account. You can set up your own PIN or re-set an existing PIN by logging on at: MyLogin.

Select the option to Manage Password & Security Details and follow the onscreen instructions.

Lost TUSC?

To cancel your TUSC (Teesside University Smart Card) and order a replacement (£5 charge), visit MyTUSC Services, you will need your User name and password. Replacement TUSCs will be posted to the address held on your University account providing there is a photo on your account.
