iZone (Ground floor)

Get help on general Library, IT and account enquiries.

Staffed opening hours denote when help is available from the iZone see http://www.tees.ac.uk/sls

 

Library roving support

Staff are available to give help with general Library and IT enquiries during staffed Library opening hours.

 

Learning Hub

Specialist staff are available to help with researching and writing assignments via the Learning Hub

The Learning Hub is not currently offering a face-to-face service, but support is still available online. You can book tutorials with librarians and learning advisors, help will be offered remotely via email or via Teams. 

From Monday 19 April onwards the Learning Hub is offering virtual support Monday to Friday 5 - 7pm. You can join us here via Teams.
